I got pulled, kicking and screaming, into yet another web2.0 app. This one is called Tumblr, which as far as I can tell serves as shorthand to blogging (or conversely, is a juiced-up version of Twitter). I really don’t need another blog platform; so I want to know:
1. Who’s on Tumblr? How are you using it?
2. What’s the best way to leverage this tool?

Hey John,
The only person I know on Tumblr is DJ Chuang, and he uses it exclusively to post photos from his mobile phone:

I think it might just be more of a personal photoblog type of thing. He can then go back and post those photos on his blog or something, I don’t know. I guess you’d have to ask him!
As for me and my house, we will not be joining Tumblr … yet …
